Director, HR Operations

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant human resources experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent in Human Resource Management or a related field
• PHR or similar certification
• Organizational and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership with a commitment to compliant HR policies and business practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment
