The Director, HR Operations will oversee all Human Resources and Logistics operations for UMGC Europe or Asia, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. The Director will also be responsible for developing employee relations initiatives and providing informational support to senior managers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent in Human Resource Management or a related field
PHR or similar certification
Organizational and analytical abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership with a commitment to compliant HR policies and business practices
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-task environment
