The agents will handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer issues, and offer new products and services. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and dedicated, with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or more
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to write quickly and accurately (more than 20 words per minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
