Requirements

• Manage incoming and outgoing contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure resolution in the first call by resolving problems and effectively handling calls.
• Investigate systems to find missing information as needed; coordinate with other departments to resolve problems when necessary.
• Document customer complaints with accuracy and process them in the appropriate systems.
• Lead research discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
• Use knowledge base and training to answer customer questions accurately, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Meet requirements related to confidential information and personal information.
• Escalate customer problems to the right staff and managers for resolution as needed.
• Attend meetings and training, and review all new training materials to stay up-to-date on program knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Meet all attendance and work schedule requirements.
