Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to write quickly and accurately (over 20 words per minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
• Highly reliable, with ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Ability to evaluate, solve problems, and follow up on customer issues
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Customer service-oriented (empathetic, receptive, patient, and detail-oriented)
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, stay focused, and self-manage
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing pace and ambiguity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
