Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• 3+ years experience in a people management role
• Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG)
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based testing environments
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Typescript)
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of AI/ML-driven testing strategies and tools
• Familiarity with security testing and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, PCI, SOC 2)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
