Requirements
Onboard team members and help deliver a world-class new joiner experience
Be the go-to person for admin and operational requests relating to recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding and contract extensions
Own various People Ops admin tasks, such as drafting employment contracts, conducting right-to-work/DBS checks, updating our HR system (Bob), sending out and retrieving company equipment etc
Process employee perks and benefits, such as work anniversary gifts and bonuses
Assist with the planning of company-wide events, parties and social initiatives
