The role involves building scalable client onboarding programs, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer engagement to drive resident activations and create raving fans.
Requirements
5-7 years in a leadership role managing client onboarding/implementation teams in a B2B SaaS setting
3+ years managing direct reports
Experience designing and implementing scalable client onboarding programs
Strong analytical skills and experience using customer success tools (e.g. Salesforce and Totango)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
