Global Communities is seeking a Social Specialist for an anticipated project in Honduras. The two-year program will contribute to food and nutritional security of vulnerable communities through environmentally sustainable solutions.
Requirements
University degree in social work/social management, sociology, anthropology, history, psychology, economics, or another relevant field
At least 6 years of work experience promoting social inclusion, preferably with indigenous peoples and afro-descendants
Knowledge of the Honduran Moskitia region and experience working with specific groups such as youth, women, indigenous, and Afro-descendant peoples
