Global Communities is seeking a Field Technician to contribute to the food and nutritional security of vulnerable communities in Honduras through environmentally sustainable, resilient, and culturally relevant solutions.
Requirements
Mid-level professional or university graduate with a degree in agricultural sciences, natural resources or agricultural administration.
At least four (04) years of work experience in the promotion of agricultural or rural development with rural development programs or projects, governmental institutions or NGOs with development oriented work in rural communities.
Verifiable work experience in providing, supporting, or facilitating agricultural extension services with producers in rural areas, and with knowledge and/or experience in agribusiness market access promotion to foster the commercialization of the beneficiaries' production.
