The Community Health & Nutrition Specialist will analyze and understand health problems facing individuals, families, and communities, and act to transform realities, respecting the principles and culture of the individual communities. He/she will lead health promotion and prevention programs and projects.
Requirements
Conduct a baseline study of the nutritional status of households in accordance with the parameters and variables established by the Secretariat of Health (SESAL).
Design and implement Community Nutrition and Hygiene Plans, facilitating participatory processes for their generation and implementation.
Perform dietary counseling to prevent, treat, and control Public Health problems.
