We're recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours a week. The role is based at our office in Clonakilty, and you'll support our clients' customers with general enquiries and provide a positive service.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a similar environment
Highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
