The Service Delivery Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the optimal use of RPP assets in the business as usual service, protecting the service through security and operational standards, and providing management information to the MoD.
Requirements
ITIL knowledge and practical experience
Sound commercial awareness with regards a Business as Usual (BAU) service
An ability to critically analyse qualitative and quantitative data
Strong accuracy levels
Proactive approach
Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
