Amplitude is seeking an Emerging Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a US-based team of Account Executives focused on driving growth in the emerging enterprise segment. The role is crucial in refining and executing our strategy to attract new customers while expanding our existing customer base.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years in sales with at least 2 years leading a sales team in the software industry.
A proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving sales growth.
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders within organizations and navigating negotiation, legal, and procurement processes.
Experience managing team longer-term strategic deals (250k+).
Demonstrated success in leading 'hunting' focused teams driving new logo acquisition and growth business.
Experience coaching sales methodologies (such as 'Command of the Message' and Meddicc) and creating sales enablement programs that emphasize competitive differentiation and execution.
Experience helping teams sell a platform with multiple products, managing multiple buyers across an organization.
Strong leadership qualities, including talent selection and development, effective communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
