AVP, Enterprise Sales

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Data-driven, leveraging metrics to coach and manage both quantitative and qualitative aspects of the business.
• Passion for hiring and developing top talent, building a world-class Enterprise sales team.
• Playbook for executing complex Enterprise deals, knowing when to adapt it for unique situations.
• Hands-on leader, driven to actively support the team in achieving success.
• Enjoy scaling high-performance Enterprise businesses and tackling challenges to double revenue within the next 12 months.
