Senior Learning and Development Manager

Requirements

• Experience of working with digital and technology teams, from any type of organisation, including demonstrable familiarity with digital learning environments
• Understanding and applying various learning styles, models, evaluation methodologies, and learning strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to produce clear and concise briefings, reports, and presentations for a variety of audiences
• A meticulous approach to data, detail, and financial information with a highly organised approach to planning and delivering objectives across multiple projects and to tight deadlines
• Strong IT literacy and confidence in using standard Microsoft Office applications, alongside the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships to champion a learning culture, deliver exceptional customer service, and proactively resolve queries
• CIPD qualification in Learning and Development (or a willingness to work towards)
