Labor Relations Stager

How would your day-to-day be at Mango?

This role will provide support in the management and administration of labor relations, specifically in the area of working hours, times, vacations and permits, in an efficient and compliant manner with current legislation.

This person will support the team in tasks such as:

• Management of medical leaves and entries with the treatment of FIE files
• Preparation of discount cards for family members
• Processing of some permits
• Response to employee queries, concerns or demands
