Performance Content Creator / Director

Requirements

• 2+ years in content creation, direct response ads, social media management, or digital marketing
• Contacts: Have a diverse list of contacts/UGC creators in the space who can quickly create high-quality content with your direction
• Trend-Obsessed: Always ahead of the latest social media trends, viral moments, and digital best practices
• Creative Eye: Strong aesthetic sense for photography, videography (including shooting and directing short-form video content
• Strong video / graphic editing skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing
• Copywriting Skills: Ability to write compelling and on-brand captions, advertising, and campaign copy
• Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to the table. Ability to pivot quickly, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects at once
