Field Service Technician - New York

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic hydraulic power systems or control systems
• Minimum of two years of mechanical or electrical repair experience
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, AC and DC servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics (preferred)
• Ability to read diagrams, schematic drawings, engineering specifications, and manuals to determine work procedures
• Strong, active listening skills
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Strong deductive reasoning skills with the ability to generate solutions that effectively solve problems
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
• Strong attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with limited direction
• Ability to work well in a team environment and a demonstrated ability to build and foster good relationships

Benefits

• Salary: $35 - $40 / hour
• Location: Onsite in Upstate New York (flexible location/need to be near airport)
