Partner Growth Associate

Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare consulting, analytics, or a similarly strategic, data-heavy role supporting health systems or enterprise healthcare clients
• Knowledge of clinical systems is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets, synthesizing information, diagnosing HS partner issues and translating it into actionable solutions.
• A passion for Healthcare System partner and patient satisfaction and a strong desire to help partners achieve their goals of patients receiving behavioral healthcare through Sonderind.
• Empathetic and patient in handling concerns.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with care coordination, analytics, product, and to ensure a successful experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business models, operations, and levers of revenue and efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
