As our Manager of South Security by Design & Delivery, you will lead the Delivery team and ensure the integration of security requirements into all Projects across the Group. Your key responsibilities will be to manage team members, develop procedures, and contribute to the overall Group-level Security by Design & Delivery security strategy.
Requirements
University degree, preferred in IT domain
Excellent command of English and Italian language (both written and spoken)
5+ years of leadership experience, out of which 2+ years in similar positions
Excellent understanding of technical Program, Project and Delivery management
Excellent leadership and management skills in an international and multi-cultural environment
Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment with concurrent activities, changing priorities and strict deadlines
Very good understanding of information security principles and good practices
Very good understanding of security technologies, frameworks, architecture and engineering principles
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including reporting for different audiences
Highly analytical thinking with attention to details
Innovative problem solving skills with ability to generate concrete and applicable solutions
