Demo Strategist

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or related fields
• Strong technical background with expertise in demo infrastructure, platforms, and cloud-based technologies
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven technologies, including Agentforce, and direct experience incorporating these technologies into the demo process
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on future-proofing demo strategies through innovation and technology adoption
• Ability to understand broad market landscapes (internal and external to Salesforce) and translate that into actionable steps to ensure that we are at the cutting edge of demos, defining the industry standard
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams to drive alignment and execution
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to drive innovation and improve demo effectiveness
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Base salary hiring range: $157,600 - $276,100
