The ideal candidate will have experience with fintech integrations, API-based solutions, and software development, with a strong understanding of SDLC and ability to navigate technical complexities.

Requirements

Leading end-to-end integration process for outbound clients
Owning integration process, defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution
Leading client communication, translating technical details for different teams
Driving project execution, collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA
Managing risks, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies
Ensuring smooth handover, equipping Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers
Tracking key metrics, monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates
Optimizing workflows, continuously improving integration processes and incorporating client feedback
