We are looking for a project developer with a passion for real estate and area development to lead projects from concept to realization, working on challenging projects from feasibility to realization.
Requirements
Completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of Building, Real Estate, Real Estate and Real Estate, Technical Business Administration, or Real Estate Studies
At least 3-5 years of recent, relevant work experience as a developer and/or project developer within the housing sector
Extensive experience in developing project locations in the region (South Gelderland, North Brabant, North Limburg), where you also have a good network in parts of this region
