Cultural Associate

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of international experience.
• BS/BA required (In certain situations, relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education). MBA/MSHRM preferred.
• General knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law.
• General knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours.
• Advanced ability to handle multiple tasks and details in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Extremely flexible, with the ability to work through stressful situations professionally.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Technical skills, including proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong translation and interpretation abilities required.
• Possess a valid home of record driver’s license.
