The role involves leading packaging and processing innovations, driving business growth, and improving gross margin. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging and/or processing design, engineering, or quality, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Degree in chemistry or engineering background or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging and/or processing design, engineering, quality, or similar R&D workstreams
Experience in packaging and/or processing validation in factories with various mixing specifications and filling specifications
Experience in project leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and English proficiency
Data management, visualization, and analysis skills, and business process management
Dynamic and agile leadership skills, and ability to manage virtual and present teams
