We are looking for a diligent Legal Editor (Casual) to join our team of experienced editors and work collaboratively in a team with a strong work ethic and a passion for the law. The role involves legal research, editing, writing, and possess a high degree of attention to detail.
Requirements
Hold a New Zealand Law degree
Have post-qualification legal experience (desirable) – or similar experience
Possess strong legal research skills and familiarity with New Zealand legal resources
Ability to interpret, analyse, organise, and communicate complex legal material
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and understanding of its importance from a customer perspective
Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to change
A commitment to both team and personal goals
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
