As an Associate Legal Counsel, you’ll be part of our Asia legal team in Asia working as an on-site employee. Your primary role will assist the Asia Legal Team in areas of privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, e-commerce and special project support.
Requirements
LLB degree in China and LLM /JD degree in U.S. or U.K. or other major western law jurisdictions
above 6 years working experiences in multinational companies in China with some experiences in supporting privacy and data protection, cybersecurity and supporting e-commerce business, commercial and restructuring/liquidation projects
Fluent in both oral and written English, skillful in writing legal documents
Strong communication/interpersonal skills and project management or coordination ability
Computer skills: skillful use of windows, outlook, excel, power point and on-line meeting systems working tools.
Passed China bar, high integrity, self-driven and has long term passion in in-house career
