We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on creating new business by prospecting new B2B customers, mainly OEMs or Distribution. You will work closely with Application Engineers, Marketing, Inside Sales and Customer Services to cover the North and Center of Italy.
Requirements
Prospecting new customers based on existing market intelligence
Developing positive relationships with prospects, providing insights into their needs, and developing trust
Qualifying selling opportunities, presenting products and services, and communicating value-added propositions
Following up inbound leads from Inside Sales Team and other Marketing initiatives
Working in close collaboration with external and inside sales teams when a selling opportunity is established
Managing and maintaining SalesForce CRM, entering extensive notes onto the system
Building solid key account plans to drive ongoing sales
Evaluating up-selling opportunities, closing deals with customers, and ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction
