Product Owner, Digital Tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management, especially with Aha!
• Proven experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools
• Vendor management experience, including negotiating feature requests and managing tool investments
• Familiarity with administering and configuring SaaS tools to meet business needs
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on tool adoption and efficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership to drive tool adoption and process improvements
