ReSource Pro is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to develop and deliver impactful sales training programs that align with strategic objectives. The role will equip sales and solutions teams to excel, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and modern learning methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement.
1+ years Insurance industry knowledge
Curriculum development experience preferred
Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales enablement strategies in a B2B organization.
Experience in designing and delivering sales training and coaching programs.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
