Senior Manager, Analytics at Radiometer. Lead the Analytics and Business Intelligence efforts, drive a team to execute deliverables in Analytics and BI, and serve as the site lead for Radiometer IT Krakow. Part of the Digital and IT function, working on cutting-edge analytics and AI innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience within data & analytics
Proven experience in developing and leading analytics teams and associates
Proven experience in technical deployments and driving teams to execute data, analytics and software projects and processes
Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead and develop technical individuals
Experience with BI, analytics and data engineering tools and solutions such as dbt, Power BI and Python
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in change management to transform business processes
Ability to create teams and processes by taking incremental steps towards larger goals
Ability to focus on critical priorities while assessing short-term and long-term impacts
