We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Radiometer, a part of Danaher's 15+ operating companies. The role involves analyzing and understanding business intelligence and analytics needs, creating user stories and requirements, and developing dashboards that offer the best user experience. This is a hybrid position located in Krakow, Poland.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
Proven experience in creating detailed user stories and requirements.
Strong skills in designing and developing reusable data models that solves user needs in a broader business ecosystem.
Excellent understanding of core business processes within finance, sales, supply chain, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Expertise in data visualization best practices and user experience (UX).
