Requirements
Relevant qualification in related science or engineering disciplines
At least 5 years' experience of performing and managing independent research work
Prior experience and knowledge of coatings formulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound planning, organising, and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in IT skills
Good documentation, laboratory, and research skills
