School of Engineering - Lecturer (Aerospace Engineering)

Requirements

• Qualification in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of work experience in the aerospace MRO
• Holding or having held an aircraft maintenance license (B1 and/or B2 category) issued by CAAS
• 5 years' experience as an aircraft maintenance technician in the B1 and/or B2 Category and has passed relevant CAAS SAR-66 basic examinations
• Qualification in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, and has passed the relevant CAAS SAR-66 basic examinations for B1 and/or B2 Category
• Genuine passion to share knowledge and interact with youths
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
• Excellent team player in collaborative settings
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and in meeting deadlines
• Strong industry linkages in the related fields
