The role involves account activation, workflow optimization, and client support, as well as identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in account management, customer success, or sales
2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with SaaS platforms or healthcare industry experience is a plus
