In this role, you will create clear, user-focused technical content, including user guides, developer documentation, in-product help, and video scripts, to support our innovative network management solutions.
Requirements
Develop accurate, topic-based documentation
Collaborate with R&D, QA, and PLM teams
Research and analyze complex network management features
Create interactive in-product help and write scripts for instructional videos
Ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with company documentation standards
