We're looking for a Community Manager to lead and engage with communities that matter to our founder and builder audiences. This is a unique opportunity for someone who deeply understands the founder experience and knows how to build trust and drive authentic conversation.
Requirements
Proven experience building or moderating online communities, especially on Reddit and Slack.
Fluency in internet culture and niche forums (e.g. Reddit, Discord, IndieHackers), and a track record of showing up authentically in those spaces.
Deep understanding of founder needs, motivations, and trusted spaces.
Highly autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of brand voice and experience contributing to content or communications.
