We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources Consulting team at Mercer. This role can be based in Lisbon or Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Requirements

Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, HR or similar
2/3 years of experience working with compensation/total rewards
English and Portuguese language proficiency
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and particularly Excel
Analytical/ Numbers-oriented thinking
Organized and rigorous
Team player and capable of multi-tasking
