Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Spare Parts or related end-to-end process domains
Experience and extensive knowledge of lean and business process methodology
Strong knowledge of ERP (especially SAP), PLM, and process documentation tools
Proven track record in leading change, standardizing processes, and working cross-functionally
