Continuous Improvement Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a process optimization, project management, or operations role
• Green Belt certification or higher and relevant project experience using Lean principles
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Strong analytical skills: proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong capabilities in value-stream mapping and Lean tools including standard work
• Strong communication skills and project management skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to analyze and resolve complex problems
• Commitment to Global Safety
