The Compliance and Assurance Officer is responsible for carrying out assurance activities that will contribute to the achievement of Lendi Group's objectives, strong risk management, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role sits within the centralised Risk, Compliance and Legal (CRL) team and will have exposure to the broader team and the ability to assist with various tasks within the CRL team.
Requirements
2 years experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance Officer role
Proficiency in analysing trends and generating insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Ability to work with others and build good relationships
