Requirements
Completed studies in business administration, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in talent development or a similar position.
Comprehensive knowledge of the conception and implementation of training and development programs.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
Proactive and solution-oriented working style, high social competence, perseverance, and team skills.
