Insomnia Cookies is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) for their newly opening Manchester, NH location. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and prior experience conducting in-person interviews. The role will involve performing as Manager-on-Duty, supervising team members, and supporting the Store Ops Manager with ordering and inventory control.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
