We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to lead and grow our transportation carrier network. In this role, you will manage a team of carrier sales representatives, overseeing the sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of domestic and cross-border carriers.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in carrier sales, transportation management, or logistics procurement
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
