Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, franchise management, or a related field
Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market
Experience in managing and developing luxury or premium brands
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
Fluency in English and local language of the responsible markets
