GTE Financial is looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented individual to join as a Member Resolution Representative - Collector (Hybrid). The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating delinquency/loss of loans and credit cards, collecting delinquent accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Collect on multiple products simultaneously to control delinquency and loan loss on assigned portfolio.
Perform skip trace techniques.
Transfer and post payments based on department guidelines.
