Join GTE Financial as an Insurance Specialist in a customer service & support role, operating in a call center environment, educating, quoting, selling, and servicing policies within insurance state law guidelines.
Requirements
Provide superior service to members and internal customers
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other financial institutions
Handle member inquiries, cancellations, reinstatements, and member billing questions
Maintain individual client files and process routine correspondence
Build relationships with existing clients, servicing their accounts, asking for referrals, and cross-selling to fulfill all their insurance needs
Comfortable with working with over 50 different insurance companies, their guidelines, websites, procedures, and processes
Participate in a positive teamwork environment
Provide training to Credit Union staff as needed
Ensure the confidentiality of all information and transactions regarding GTE Financial
Maintain and update CRM, AMS, and other management software
Support sales agents with renewal reviews, underwriting requests, and anything else needed to solidify the sale
