Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of social projects
Experience in social research and collection of information through quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience in participatory methodologies and group management
Experience in statistical data analysis
Knowledge of Spanish language (spoken, reading, and writing)
Leadership and management of technical teams
Availability to travel within the country
