We are a decentralized team looking for a Product Director to lead the copy trading business and products, with a focus on strategic planning, product design, business expansion, risk management, team management, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, finance, mathematics, statistics, etc. related majors preferred.
5 years or more of internet product management experience, at least 3 years in the virtual currency trading or financial technology field, 3 years or more of copy trading product management experience.
Understanding various order placement modes and trading logic of spot/contract, in-depth knowledge of position/orders/risk rate.
Deep understanding of the virtual currency market, familiar with various trading strategies and copy trading modes and gameplay.
Outstanding leadership ability and team management experience, excellent communication and coordination, and problem-solving skills, able to make efficient decisions in high-pressure environments.
